B 컴플렉스 구미

My energy has been steadier through the afternoon since I switched to these, and the gummies themselves are pleasantly chewy without being too sugary. I take them with breakfast and my eyes feel less strained after long workdays.

The gummies are easy to remember taking since they actually taste decent, and I've noticed my afternoon slump isn't hitting as hard lately. Eye health support was a bonus I didn't expect to care about, but it's nice knowing I'm covering that base too.

Three weeks in and my energy feels steadier through the afternoon slump, no jitters like I got from coffee. The gummies have a pleasant texture, not too sticky, and I appreciate that the formula covers both cellular energy and eye health in one dose.
