Biotingummier for tenåringer

My teenage daughter actually looks forward to taking these, which says a lot since she hates swallowing pills, and the raspberry flavor makes it feel like a treat rather than a chore. Her nails have definitely gotten less brittle over the past month, and the gummies are soft enough that she doesn't

Three weeks in and I've already noticed my nails aren't splitting as easily, which never happened with other supplements. The gummies are soft and chewy without being sticky, and my teen actually reminds me when we're out of them.

The raspberry flavor is actually pleasant, not mediciney at all, and my nails have stopped peeling since I started these about a month ago. My hair feels thicker when I brush it, which is a bonus I didn't expect from a gummy.
