Gomas de Citrato de Magnésio

The raspberry flavor is surprisingly good—not overly sweet or chalky like some magnesium supplements I've tried. I pop two after dinner and notice my muscles feel less tight by morning, plus they're easy to chew without any weird aftertaste.

Took these before bed after a long gym day and woke up feeling noticeably less tight in my shoulders. The raspberry flavor is actually pleasant, not that fake candy taste some gummies have, and the texture holds up well in the bottle without sticking together.

The raspberry flavor is genuinely good, not that fake candy taste, and I’ve noticed my legs feel less twitchy at night since I started taking two after dinner. It’s a small daily habit that’s made a real difference in how unwound I feel by bedtime.
