The orange flavor is genuinely tasty, not that chalky medicine taste I was dreading. I’ve been taking two after dinner for a couple weeks now and my muscles feel less twitchy during workouts.

My evening leg cramps have eased up noticeably since I started these—the chewy texture is a nice bonus, and two gummies are easy to remember with dinner. I appreciate that they cover muscle and nerve support in one simple serving.

Two gummies a day and I actually remember to take them because they’re chewy and taste like real candy, not chalk. My legs feel less restless at night and the muscle recovery after workouts has been noticeably smoother.
