Kẹo dẻo Magie Citrate không đường

These berry gummies are honestly the easiest way I've found to get my magnesium in, and they don't have that chalky aftertaste powders always leave. A couple after lunch and I do feel a bit more loose in my shoulders by evening. The sugar-free part is a bonus since I'm watching my intake.

I’ve been taking these after dinner for about two weeks now, and the berry taste is so pleasant I actually look forward to it—plus they’re sugar free, which keeps me guilt-free. My muscles feel noticeably less tense by bedtime, so they’re doing exactly what I hoped.

The berry flavor is genuinely tasty and doesn't have that chalky aftertaste I usually get from supplements. I keep them on my desk and grab one when I need to unwind, and they've become a nice little ritual.
